Meet Akuru Hayahoshi, an otaku office worker whose luck in gacha games is notoriously poor. No matter how many times she tries, her desired husbando remains elusive. That is, until she encounters Ren Furutachi, a stunningly beautiful and incredibly lucky individual. A whirlwind of misunderstandings culminates in a proposal, and before Akuru knows it, Ren is fervently pursuing her.
One twist of fate leads to another, and in her quest to finally secure her husbando, Akuru finds herself inviting Ren to move in with her. Now sharing a home, Akuru is bewildered by Ren's unabashed affection, likening her to an alien in her life.
