As the official app of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality General Directorate of IETT Operations, "Where Is My Bus?" empowers you to effortlessly discover bus routes across Istanbul, check their timetables, and identify which lines service specific stops. Simply ask "Where Is My Bus?" to guide you to your desired destination!
Explore nearby stops, Istanbulkart refill locations, and İspark points, presented conveniently in both list and map formats. Just inquire, "Where Is My Bus? How Can I Go?" and unlock a multitude of routes to your destination using Istanbul's public transport system. To explore alternative routes, input your starting point and destination into the "How To Go" menu, along with your preferred travel date and time. You can tailor your journey based on your departure or arrival preferences. "Where Is My Bus?" offers various route options, allowing you to choose the quickest path or the one with the least amount of walking. Select your preferred route, delve into its details, and follow it on the map if you wish.
Discover stops near your location by accessing the "Stops Near Me" menu, which lists stops based on their proximity to you. Tap on a stop to view its details, including the lines that serve it and the estimated arrival times of the next buses. You can also switch to map view to see the locations of these stops and get directions.
Locate the nearest Istanbulkart refill points or İspark parking facilities from your current position. "Where Is My Bus?" displays these points along with their distances from you. On these pages, accessible via the side menu, you can check the capacities and types of parking (such as open lots or multi-story car parks). If you wish, you can explore these locations on the map and receive directions to your chosen point.
Gain insights into bus line routes by searching by line name. From the line detail page, select a route to see its stops. Track the real-time positions of buses, easily distinguishing between main and sprint routes through distinct coloring. You can also view all routes of a line on the map by toggling to map view and using the filter icon in the top left corner to select the routes you want to see.
Plan your journey by reviewing departure times. Access the "Timetables" page either from the homepage or the line detail page. The timetable displays times for the main route, with sprint route times highlighted in specific colors. To understand the color coding for sprint routes, refer to the "Route Information" section.
Stay informed with real-time announcements by clicking the "Announcements" icon on any line or stop detail page. You can also review past announcements related to all lines, stops, departure times, and route changes from the "Announcements" page in the side menu.
