The developer behind Schedule I has teased an upcoming UI update based on community feedback, offering fans a glimpse into the evolving counteroffer interface. Read on to discover what’s changing and what else is coming in Schedule I's next major update.
Schedule I Developer Committed To Enhancing Player Experience
Upgraded Counteroffer Interface
As Schedule I continues gaining traction, solo developer Tyler remains dedicated to refining the gameplay experience. In a recent post on April 9 via X (formerly Twitter), Tyler showcased early looks of the updated counteroffer product selection UI—marking a key improvement aimed at enhancing usability.
For those unfamiliar, the counteroffer mechanic allows players to negotiate prices with clients. When a buyer sends a message proposing a deal, players can propose alternate pricing until both sides agree. While the system works well, some players found it cumbersome—especially when managing large inventories.
In response to this feedback, Tyler is introducing a new search bar function to streamline product selection during negotiations. This change is expected to make the process significantly smoother, particularly for players juggling multiple items.
This update is just one piece of a broader development roadmap available on the game's official Trello page. Future plans include features like emotes, rarer trash drops, duplicate save options, additional drugs, and more—all designed to expand the depth and replayability of Schedule I.
At Game8, we’ve found Schedule I to be a compelling and immersive simulation that blends tension, strategy, and dark humor—earning it our unofficial title as a "Breaking Bad" simulator. For a deeper dive into the game’s early access launch, [ttpp]check out our full review here[/ttpp].
